Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is the first-line therapy for obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) [1] being currently used by over one million people throughout France. A focus on the OSA population during the COVID-19 outbreak is of particular interest for two main reasons: (i) OSA is a multi-morbid disease with up to 70% of patients being obese [3] and exhibiting a high prevalence of cardio-metabolic comorbidities.FootnotesThis manuscript has recently been accepted for publication in the ERJ Open Research.
