BOS after HSCT is considered a manifestation of chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). T-cells play a crucial role in its onset [2], while the contribution of myeloid cells has been largely unknown.FootnotesThis manuscript has recently been accepted for publication in the ERJ Open Research.
